A MESSAGE FROM GAGAN: COLUMBUS IS CONNECTED LIKE NEVER BEFORE!
Our weather sucks…then it doesn’t….it’s interesting for sure. But, honestly, what I’m most excited about is the flights coming. I have buddies that live all across the county, and with being in real estate and investing, you meet people all over.
So, because of that there’s…
Big news for travelers—John Glenn Columbus International Airport is expanding its nonstop flight options, making it easier than ever to explore new destinations.
New Direct Flights: Salt Lake City, San Diego, and Kansas City.
Breeze Airways Adds Portland, Maine! Starting May 2, you can fly direct to Maine’s beautiful coast.

COLUMBUS REAL ESTATE: IS IT THE NEXT BIG BOOM?
Market Update:
Median Home Price: Holding at $310,000, with steady growth. [Luxury Playbook]
Inventory Still Tight: Homes sell fast, with some listings going under contract in less than a week.
Rental Market is HOT: Columbus is seeing a massive influx of renters, driving up demand for investment properties.
ARE COLUMBUS HOME PRICES OVERINFLATED?
Home Prices Have Risen 18% Since 2020 – Great for sellers, tough for buyers.
Mortgage Rates Are Over 7% – Monthly payments are becoming harder to afford.
Buyer Fatigue is Real – Fewer first-time buyers are entering the market.
So, is Columbus in a bubble? Not quite. But expect a shift:
🟢 Luxury homes may see price adjustments as high-end buyers become more selective.
🟢 Starter homes remain competitive, but fewer buyers qualify for financing.
🟢 Sellers must price realistically – overpriced homes will sit longer.
✅ For Buyers: Watch for price reductions as sellers adjust.
✅ For Sellers: Pricing aggressively is key – buyers won’t overpay.
✅ For Investors: Multi-family properties and rental units remain in demand.
